Currently all sessions are conducted by Natalie over the phone, providing you with the opportunity to connect in the comfort and privacy of your home or office.  

At the time of your phone reading, Natalie will phone you on the number you provide, and your session will begin immediately. 

Natalie doesn’t record sessions so please feel free to take notes.  

Please ensure your phone isn’t on speaker during a session and you are in a quiet space that will allow you to be uninterrupted.

Please note that readings are non refundable. Cancellations made outside 48 hours prior to your booked session time incur a 50% cancellation fee and all changes and cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked session time incur a 100% cancellation fee.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not available at the booked session time, as stated above, the 100% cancellation fee applies.
